artos® Vineyard Posts

artos® C-Posts

The special feature of the artos C posts are its external hooks, which are made at an angle and then aligned afterwards. This means that the hooks cannot be pushed into the punched hole, even by machinery use in the vineyard. An additional indent on the hook ensures stability and strength for the hook itself.
Due to its shape, the artos C post is perfectly suited to mechanical work in the vineyard.

Other applications for this post include fruit trellising and fencing applications.

E55 – profile width 55 mm, the all-rounder, high stability

The special shape of this post gives it good ground seating and a good resistance to wind impact on the trellis. To be able to offer solutions for all types of trellis requirements the artos E post is available with three different types of internal hooks options and in four material thicknesses. Due to its exceptional profile, the internal hooks are granted a great strength and are very robust. Depending on the configuration, the internal hooks can be used with a maximum wire diameter of 2,2mm.

artos® End-posts EP1 / EP2

The eye-catching profile of the artos end post has an excellent stability and ground seating, due to its large surface area in contact with the soil. With different material thicknesses available, we can offer a personalised solution to each and every request. Years of experience working with harvesting machines confirms the stability of this end post.

The key to the success of this posts is due to the 8 or 10 rounded metal bars that are welded into the post (custom shape). They ensure that the post has an excellent seating in the spoil, as well as a strong resistance to twisting.

The rounded metal bars also enable you to attach wire to the end post. They can be used for chains to fix the wire to the post, or other accessories such as tension springs to secure your foliage wires. At the base of the post the metal bars are welded inclined to help fix the post into the ground, as well as being used as a stopper when a ground base plate is used.

The welded bars on the artos EP2 do not surpass the width of the metal profile of the post.

The bars are supplied in bundles of 100 or 50 in large bundles of 2,000 pieces or 1,000 pieces on squared timber.

Vinotto® plant sticks are the real alternative to steel sticks.
