Steel Products
In addition to our standard products, we also offer a wide range of semi-finished products, such as strip steel, coils and bars. Furthermore, we also deliver flat products in a number of different grades, including roof strapping.
Strip steel
- For sophisticated machine processing to deliver a high level of quality
- Hot-dip galvanised strip steel with fully galvanised edges, in coils and bars
- Hot-rolled strip steel in coils and bars
- Rounded edges in both warm-rolled and fully galvanised design are available
Slit strip: hot-rolled strips of various qualities are split to fit the desired width.
Rounded edges: after the splitting process, the edges are rounded using a machine.

Zinc coating: (ertified by German Zinc Coating Society: DVV.)
The processability, particularly in the molding process, is determined primarily by the thickness of the zinc coating and the quality of the steel.
Z 150: (20my)
used if high levels of moldability are required and for manual and machine-based manufacturing of profiles, construction elements, cable reinforcements and gutter brackets.
Z 225: (30my)
For standard anti-corrosion properties and simple molding, as well as for the manufacturing of fittings, wide angled and U-shaped profiles, clamps and suspensions, cable trays and cable ladders, packaging straps, cask hoops etc.
Z 300 and Z500: (40my and 70my)
For elevated and sophisticated anti-corrosion properties but with limited moldability. For lightning protection and earthing systems.
Tolerances:
Thickness: The nominal thickness is classed as the thickness of the final hot-dip galvanised strip steel product, i.e. the combination of the base material and the zinc coating.
Width: The nominal width is classed as the thickness of the final hot-dip galvanised strip steel product, i.e. the combination of the base material and the zinc coating along the sides.

Without welding seam:
Coil weight can’t be customised (shorter coils available)
With welding seam:
Only limited suitability for machine processing. Coil weights can be customised but must weigh a minimum of 20 kg and
have a maximum outer diameter of 1500 mm.
Strapping:
For weights above 50 kg – 3 x Signode strapping ½“
For weights below 50 kg – 2 x Signode strapping ½“
Bundling:
packed into crane bundles usually weighingat least 500 kg/bundle.
Shipment:
- standard – horizontal axis
- stacked flat on wooden beam structure
- on disposable pallets, stacked flat
- on EURO pallets in exchange for used EURO pallets
- with timber beams separating the individual coils (surcharge payable)

Roof Strapping
Perforated steel strapping which provides diagonal bracing for roof structures and prevents parallel rafters from sliding past one another (shearing).
