SEBflex® Dynamic Seal
Modern formwork construction is always seeking innovative solutions for sealing tension points. Our solution: SEBflex® Dynamic Seal
A novel high-tech material suitable for waterproof sealing of anchor rods and pipe spreaders both inside and outside. It can be individually applied for fiber concrete pipes, grounding electrodes, and plastic pipe spreaders.
This innovative technology is easy to use, 100% waterproof and radon-proof, tested by IAF & MPA!
SEBflex® Dynamic Seal Plug
The SEBflex® Dynamic Seal Plug (DSP) is a revolutionary, patented solution for sealing fiber concrete or plastic pipe spreaders (with various diameters). The cap of the plug is made from a special high-tech material that swells upon contact with water. This prevents water from penetrating the formwork spacer. Additionally, the DSP features a solid core that acts as a mechanical anchor, enabling the DSP to withstand water pressure up to 5 bar.

SEBflex® Dynamic Seal Donut
The hydrophilic Dynamic Sealing Donut (DSD) is made of synthetic, self-swelling high-tech rubber, which completely prevents the penetration of moisture. This makes the SEBflex® DSD the perfect solution for pipe spreaders surrounded by concrete. It prevents water from entering through the cracks in the concrete around the pipe spreader.
A regulated water barrier according to the DBV guideline prevents leaks.

SEBflex® Dynamic Seal Pipe Strap
SEBflex® Dynamic Seal Strip Seal – specially developed for sealing plastic pipes in concrete structures.
The new SEBflex® Dynamic Seal Pipe Strap is made of hydrophilic synthetic rubber. It is designed for high-pressure water sealing of plastic pipes in concrete structures. Thanks to its intelligent design, it ensures the sealing of different pipe diameters. The innovative high-tech material achieves a volume expansion of 300% in regular rainwater and 250% in concrete water.

SEBflex® Dynamic Seal Tape
The SEBflex® Dynamic Seal Tape is an innovative development for sealing construction joints. The polyethylene-based tape, with impressive expansion capacity, is a revolutionary alternative to traditional bentonite swelling tape. The indestructible tape is resistant to abrasion and remains stable and reliable even after multiple wet-dry cycles.
Easy handling due to extreme elasticity, lightweight, and enormous expansion capability.
In addition to the standard version, there are special variants for:
- Use in seawater (salt concentrations up to 3%)
- Use in highly salty conditions (salt concentrations up to 10%)
- Use in rainy conditions (delayed swelling behavior)
- Use in contaminated water
SEBflex® Dynamic Seal Swelling Tape & Accessories
SEBflex® bentonite swelling tape is certified by MPA. It is made out of sodium bentonite and is used to seal cracks or construction joints reliably and permanently in watertight buildings.
How to use
SEBflex® bentonite swelling tape is perfectly qualified for range between low and high water level. You can easily and fast mount the SEBflex® swelling tape using the SEBflex® mounting glue, the SEBflex® mounting grid and/or the SEBflex® mounting nail. It will ensure a permanent and reliable seal up to 2 bar against sultry water.

SEBflex® Shuttering Elements
SEBflex® shuttering element (ABS) and waterbar cage for the shuttering of working joints in slabs, walls and ceilings.
The profiling of the shuttering elements fulfills the requirements of DIN 1045-1 to the “toothed” type of joints. The SEBflex® shielding elements are supplied ready for installation at the desired heights of 80 mm to 1500 mm, in the standard length of 2400 mm.
The cut-off plate has a diamond-shaped profiling, which achieves excellent bonding with the concrete.

SEBflex® Coated waterstops
SEBflex® consists of coated individual elements. For concrete layers of only 3 cm, the special coating has been successfully tested to provide resistance against water columns of up to 20 metres. Any constructions joints, horizontal or vertical, when subject to either pressurised or non-pressurised water, can be sealed securely and reliably against water columns of up to 20 m using SEBflex®. SEBflex® has been tested and certified in accordance with the new WU directive for use in buildings rated in resistance category 1 and utilisation category A.
The installation instructions and excerpts from the WU directive issued by the
DAfstb (German Committee for Reinforced Concrete) should be consulted.
With the new add-on SEBflex® “2.0” we guaranty that the so called SEBflex® article has been proofed on 2 bar by the German MPA.

Steel joint-sealing sheets
High quality joint-sealing sheets made from black, bright and galvanised sheet steel. Complies with DIN* standards and the WU directive*. Sheets in standard dimensions certified for use in industry, metalworking and construction.

SEBflex® Perforated Tape
SEBflex® Perforated Tape is suitable for tensioning the lower anchorage of narrow strip or wide block foundations.
Our perforated tape is compatible with common formwork systems.
The end plate has a diamond-shaped profiling that achieves excellent bonding with the concrete.
Convincing advantages:
- Suitable for any foundation width – simply cut the required length from the roll
- Crosswise installation possible for block foundations
- Narrow strips can be used horizontally as foundation formwork
- Saves working space by eliminating tension rods

SEBflex® Rib Mesh
Shuttering

SEBflex® Pipe Penetrations
Schuhmacher SEBflex® pipe penetrations made of KG and KG 2000 for pressurized and non-pressurized water for installation in permanently waterproof structures.
Schuhmacher SEBflex® pipe penetrations are available in all nominal widths, construction forms, and for all wall thicknesses. The fully applied, cement-bound special coating demonstrably achieves a close bond with the concrete.
SEBflex® pipe penetrations are quickly and securely fastened to the formwork using an assembly aid.

SEBflex® Sealing Collars
A Secure Hydrostatic Seal
The SEBflex® Sealing Collar is equipped with two stretch tapes made of stainless steel. This prohibits the water flow rate through the broad collar, when the pipe penetrations and lightning wires are embed in concrete. Thus no moisture along the pipe / the wire can penetrate into the building.
The SEBflex® Sealing Collars are certified by MPA and Radon-proof
